A friend of mine, who also blogs occasionally, decided to find out what he really wanted to know about the Madeleine McCann Saga. He asked a question under the Freedom of Information Act and then put it on his blog with a few more comments than I normally get on this very select Blog. It is all a question of perspective and whose opinions you value, but I think it is a disgrace that this one case has been singled out for a huge amount of funding, and if I were a parent whose child had gone missing in the last 8 years, and I was entirely blameless, then I would be most aggrieved that the same efforts had not been made on my child's disappearance.
